Uncle Franks Private Posts You are on this page because you want access to Subversive Uncle Frank's private posts. First you need to understand that Uncle Frank doesn't advocate doing any of the things discussed in his private posts... especially the illegal ones... and the dangerous ones. You also need to know that Uncle Frank writes in a way that makes it sound like he has done the things he talks about. Even though he presents so much detail that you would swear he is talking about personal experiences of crazy things he has actually done... this is a work of fiction protected by the 1st amendment and is NOT in any way an admission of any illegal acts. Even if you use the detailed information described to prove that one or more illegal, immoral or dangerous things actually occurred, Uncle Frank vehemently denies everything. Betty Jane says:If you follow the directions and "return to vendor" after you pay, then you will be sent directly to the private posts and your cookie will be set properly. If you don't do that, then you can still just enter your PayPal email address in the subscribe form at the bottom of any page to set your cookie. Read "How To Disappear Without a Trace" for details. Let's look at a more typical example though. Let's say you are a family of four and currently live in a $300,000 home in suburbia. You would like a safe country where there isn't a lot of culture shock. I recommend the central valley of Costa Rica if you are in that circumstance. The towns of Escazu, Grecia and Santa Ana are all populated with mostly Americans. There is a mall, American style hospital, Subway sandwich shop, all of the normal fast food places, Outback Steakhouse, Chile's, etc. You will be able to find cheaper rent, cheaper utilities (no heating or cooling since the temperature is 65-78 year round), cheaper food, etc. Once you are ready for a little culture shock, you can cut your prices down to 1/4th by moving into a Costa Rican neighborhood that only has about 5% American ex-pats. So how much do you need? It's just like a move to another state really. The flights are cheap ($350-$600). They expect one month rent for a deposit here. In Escazu, you can expect to pay $750-$1800 to rent a three or four bedroom home with a couple of bedrooms. Get used to no yard. They don't do that in Costa Rica. After the flights and a rent deposit, your cost of living is about 1/3rd what it was in the U.S. for the same standard of living. Now you have to worry about income. If you can find a telecommute job, you are set. If you can start your own business (hotel, restaurant, tour guide, etc), you are set. Teaching English doesn't cut it in Costa Rica. 1/4th of the population speaks fairly fluent English. If you are a writer, you can write from anywhere. If you develop software, you can do that from anywhere... as long as you learn how to sell it from the web. The possibilities are endless. You can move for $0. Or you can spend whatever you would normally spend to move to another state. Things to change about the way you live when you get to Costa Rica: 1) Get a housekeeper or nanny. You can now afford it. Everyone has domestic help. 2) Don't bring your car. That would be a nightmare. Don't buy a car at first. Taxis are cheap. The bus system is even cheaper and very safe and clean. Drivers to go to the coast are cheap. People drive like maniacs in CR, the roads suck and driving is just not very much fun. 3) Keep your U.S. bank account for now. CR banks are hard to get an account at and really suck. 4) You won't have a yard. Your house will be built in a cage. Get use to it. Burglary used to be a huge problem. It still is a minor problem, but the populace hasn't adjusted. They still think you need to live behind bars so nobody can get in. 5) Get a mailbox at Aerocassillas so you can order stuff from home. You get a Florida address which gets forwarded to you in Costa Rica by boat. When you walk out of the airport, people will be yelling "taxi, taxi" and a lot of other things very agressively. Your instinct will be to push past them. Don't. Instead listen for someone saying "Jaco" (pronounced hawko). Find one that speaks English. Ask them if they will take you to a hotel for the commission only (free to you... the hotel pays). If they agree, tell them that you are relocating to CR and ask if they will help you find a place, etc. They rate will be a maximum of $100/day for their help. You now have someone who speaks English who was born and raised in Costa Rica, knows the tourist industry and knows you. They gave you their cell phone number. You are now set. Whenever you get an ear-ache or want to know where to buy an American style washing machine or whatever... you call them. There are a ton of tiny things that are done differently. You now have someone to call and ask how they are done. For awhile, they will try to make everything require a ride somewhere with them so they can translate. That's OK. The ride will be $10-$20. It will be worth it. One day you will wake up and realize that you know where all of your favorite restaurants are located, you know how to go to the pharmacy, you know how to get an attorney and what you need an attorney for, how to pay your bills, how to pick up your mail and how to go to the mall to watch an English language new release movie. Your "driver" will still be a friend, but you won't need them to teach you anything new. You have to leave the country every 90 days for 3 days to renew your visa. Use that time to explore and find out if Costa Rica is really your new home. Panama is ultra modern (far ahead of the United States). Nicaragua is quaint and like going back to the 70s. You'll visit them on your 90 day visa renewal trips. Flights to the rest of the world are cheap from Costa Rica. Find out what a wonderful world we live in. Good luck! How else did you leave this message if you can't access the site? You say you can't find the subscribe form that is at the bottom of each page, but they you say there is a subscribe form that says "sign up for email savings." So you know where it is... it's at the bottom of every page. And you obviously can see it otherwise you wouldn't know that it said "sign up for email savings." It all makes no sense to me. It's like calling someone and saying "hey; your phone doesn't work." Umm... it does work... otherwise you couldn't call me to tell me that; could you? And then saying "I can't see that red mustang parked in my driveway. Where is it?" Umm... it's in the driveway. Sorry about that. Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with. Brian says:Sorry didn't know I was in the "paid" section of the site because when I clicked on the "Uncle Franks Private Posts" links on the right side of the screen the first thing I saw was this same page with no indication that I had access and asking me to pay again. It looked exactly the same as when I first tried to request access to the "paid" area. On most paid web sites there is a different screen displayed when you are have access. It's just a very confusing web design. It would also be helpful to change the "Sign Up For Email Savings" to something like Subscribe or log-in. You can remove my prior posts if you like as I can now gain access. Betty Jane says:No login is required. If you follow the instructions in the order process, you simply get access. If you don't follow the "return to merchant" link, you can still get access by telling the site who you are (ie: entering your PayPal email address in any form on the site). The indication that you have access is that you have access. It would be pretty silly to display at the top of each page "YOU HAVE ACCESS TO READ THIS PAGE." He doesn't have an address to mail money since he lives on a sail boat. I doubt $10 cash would make it through the mail these days anyway with the postal service scanning everything. It is against postal regulations to send cash by mail. I'm sure he would be willing to use Western Union if it was for the $5,000 program, but can you really expect him to go to a Western Union office and pick up $7.50 or whatever it would be after the Western Union fees and then manually add your membership site information? You can always follow the free directions in the "How To Disappear Without A Trace" if you don't have a credit card or debit card. That article was meant for those without any money left. It has everything you need to know if you are to the point where you can't even use a credit or debit card. It would be better to follow that free article's method than to pay me $10 for consultation about methods that are for people who still have money left.
